In Loving Memory
Patrick Ross Garvin
Forever part of our brotherhood.
Forever the heart of Bean League.
BEAN LEAGUE IDENTITY
MORE THAN
A LOGO.
Before it became the symbol of Bean League, it was a moment on the basketball court.
Our brother. Our heart. Our logo.
The Bean League logo comes directly from a photograph of Patrick Garvin playing the game he loved. What began as one basketball moment became the mark that now represents our league, our history and the brotherhood Pat helped create.
Patrick was not simply placed beside Bean League’s story. He is woven into it. His silhouette travels with us through every season, every competition and every new chapter.
“ Every time the logo appears, Pat takes the court with us.
A LIFE IN MOMENTS

Not just photographs. The people, places and moments that made Pat who he was.

BEAN LEAGUE’S HIGHEST HONOR
THE PG-24
AWARD.
Not an award for the best fantasy manager. An award for the person who best represents Pat.
The spirit Pat brought to Bean League cannot be measured by wins and losses.
The PG-24 Award recognizes the league member who competes with confidence, makes bold decisions, supports the people around them and leaves a positive mark on the league.
“ It is not about being the best manager. It is about carrying yourself in a way Pat would respect.
Every league member has an equal opportunity to earn the PG-24 Award.
At the conclusion of each season, Bean League members recognize the person who most clearly demonstrated the qualities represented by the award.
League members nominate the person they believe best represented Pat’s confidence and character.
Every eligible member receives a voice in choosing the season’s recipient.
The recipient joins the permanent PG-24 archive as part of Bean League history.
Any active league member—newcomer or veteran—is eligible. Record, championships and years of experience do not determine the winner.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
Short messages from the people who knew and loved Pat.
“Nobody...
Pat: Russ, how the fuck you missed that lay up? 🤣🤣🤣.
Love you bro!”
“From giving me shit every time I saw him about getting wait listed at UF to beating my ass senior year in 1v1 every day at gym, Pat loved talking trash. But the only thing he loved more was being there for you no matter what. I’ll never forget what he meant to me and so many others lucky enough to call him a friend. Love and miss you bro.”
“PG, you got me into the league and molded me into a champion. It was only fitting that I won my first ring against the co-founder and my mentor. It solidified my spot, and finally earned me some respect from the commish as a threat! I’ll always owe you for giving me a chance to play and to make all these friendships in The Bean League! RIP legend!”
